another post about the pups (because you know you want it, and because you are a semi-captive audience, unable to resist their pit bull allure) -

the thing you need to know about the pit bull,

and in particular grr and avec,

is that when you look into their eyes,

you don't see their little souls,

you see yourself,

as they see you,

reflected back.

it makes grr hard to resist at table or chair.

it's why we call avec our "peacekeeper".

she's a missile.

and she guides you to a place of deep safety.

the rest of the last night of 2009 -

we spent the rest of the night party hopping.

and by party hopping, i mean going from one mediocre club night

to another to a house party.

back to plan A.
