in the IFC complex, on the waterfront in Central, is Lumiere. the decor is all about light, streaming through, bouncing off, or moving around you, it's hard to escape.
and the food? completely, complexly (yes, made it up, fine with it, moving on), szechwan. fiery to the Nth degree, filled with layers of chilis and peppers and more.
the fact that light and spice mix it up like this overlooking the city? pretty damn perfect.
